Shipping Policy
Our goal is to have all packages shipped out to you within 3-5 business days depending on the amount of orders that we have. All orders are also shipped out in the order in which they were received to make sure you receive your package gets to you in a timely manner. Our shipping days are Tuesdays and Thursdays ( excluding weekends ).
Lost or Stolen Packages : Things happen and we try our best to help and try eliminate the unexpected. All of Norray Co. packages are shipped insured to ensure that you could get a full refund if your package is lost during carrier drop off or during transit.
What you would do: In the case your package is lost or stolen contact UPS to get a refund issued. Once we drop off your package it is in the hands of the carrier for it to arrive safe and not damaged, but we do offer returns, exchanges and refunds. Check our Exchange, Refund and Return Policy.
Incorrect address: In the case you misspelled your address incorrect or put the wrong address during checkout we can adjust that information for you as long as your shipping slip has not been printed. You would have received an email if your order is being processed to be shipped.
Shipping Confirmation: You will receive all notifications to the email you provided when placing your order. Those notifications will include your tracking number when your package has a shipping slip printed, dropped off to UPS, out for delivery and when your package has been dropped off. Your tracking number will be provided with the first email you receive when your shipping slip is printed. You can track your package through out its transit time by clicking the link in our drop down bar “Track Your Package”. In the case you misspelled or put in the wrong email address PLEASE send us an email through our Contact Us form in the drop down menu on our website so we can get your tracking info to you as soon as possible.
