Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy
Our easy returns, exchange and refund policy is as simple as 1,2,3, but of course there are some rules that apply.
Returns: We will take any returns if the product is not open or used. If you have a product that is opened or used it is NOT eligible for a return due to the type of products we sell.
Exchange: We will expect exchanges on products that have not been opened or used. If any of the products that you wish to exchange is used or opened it is NOT eligible for exchange.
Refund: We will expect refunds on products that are unopened and unused. If any products that you wish to return are opened or used it is NOT eligible for a refund.
Due to the type of products that we sell to our customers unfortunately we CAN NOT accept any product that is opened or used to insure the level of clean, sanitized products that we pride ourselves in. If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to reach out to us through our Contact Us form in the drop down menu, we will be more than happy to help.
Damaged Products (Refund/exchange eligible with the following) : Unfortunately most carriers are not as gentle with your packages as we are, and we get it. If you receive your package and the products inside are damaged ( broken jar, broken bottles or any spills ) we will gladly replace the damaged product(s) or issue a refund. To receive a replacement product please send an email to contactus@norrayco.com with the following information - 1. In the subject line please provide your order #, first and last name that was used on the order and what product is damaged ( i.e Dreamy Glow Oil, Body Melt Cream etc ). 2. Please send Pictures of the damaged items. ALL of this information is needed in order to process a replacement (s) or help with any delays. If this information is not provided at the time we receive your email we will reach out once to get the missing information that we need.correct information.
Incorrect or Missing Items ( Refund/ Exchange eligible with the following information): We can have hiccups too, but one thing that we stand on is making it right. In the case you receive the wrong item PLEASE send us a email through our contact form located in our drop down menu with the item that you received and add the item that you were supposed to have. You would then get notification of your re-shipment. If you are missing any product(s) follow the same process of sending us an email through out contact form. If you decide that you want a refund for the missing or incorrect item please indicate that in the body of the email as well.
